A 10 Ton Manipulator Has Been Test Successfully For India Customer

Recently, a 10 ton forging manipulator has been successfully test in Anyang Forging Press. This full hydraulic forging manipulator is designed and manufactured for one of our India customer, they have ordered a 1250 ton open die full hydraulic CNC forging press from our company, which has been installed on site and is working well in India. This 10 ton mobile forging manipulator is equipped for this hydraulic press.

Connecting with hydraulic free forging press through digital input, it can realize linkage operation, only one people can achieve the forging operation, through control the PLC panel of both press and forging manipulator. Usually, one forging manipulator is equipped with two types of clamps, one for gripping long rod forgings and one for gripping thick forgings. It can clamp the forgings to achieve forward, backward, rotation, side shift to eight directions, etc. This CNC forging manipulator will greatly increase the productivity and forging quality, reduce labor intensity, and realize forging production mechanization.

Frame Type Forging Manipulator for Press

The frame type forging manipulator includes straight movement manipulator and rotating movement manipulator. 

Frame type straight movement manipulator actions include manipulator travelling, front and rear side of clamping rod goes up and down, clamping device incline, clamping head rotating, and tong open and close.

Frame type rotating movement manipulator actions include not only manipulator travelling, front and rear side of clamping rod goes up and down, clamping device incline, clamping head rotating, and tong open and close, but also 360°rotating movement of manipulator frame.

Four column manipulator for Press

Four link type forging manipulator is used to clamp shafts forgings and billet under open die hammer or open die presses, and greatly increase the productivity and forging quality, reduce labor intensity, realize forging production mechanization. it is able to carry out manipulator travelling, front and rear side of clamping rod goes up and down, clamping device incline, clamping head rotating, tong open and close, and frame rotating movement.
